Warranty

All products supplied by Homewood Leisure are covered by warranty or guarantee.  The length this depends on the product and the whether the product is supplied new, used or a consumable item.

Guarantee

All products supplied new sold are offered with a guarantee.  During the guarantee period, we warrant to repair, replace or refund the product due to issues that are consider manufacturing defects.  The length of this guarantee can vary depending on the product sold.

Second-hand products will be offered a ninety-day guarantee.

Manufacturers Warranties

On many larger items such as hot tubs or pools the manufacturer may themselves offer a warranty (known as a manufacturer’s warranty) that is in excess of what is required under legislation.  This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, or by product. please talk to your sales representative to confirm what warranties are provided with the product.

Insurance Backed Warranties

In some cases, an Insurance backed warranty may be offered or available.  This is not part of a manufacturers warranty, but backed by an insurance company   What is covered may depend on the level of cover taken out or the payments made.  Please see your cover document for details of what is covered.

Exceptions.

Warranties and Guarantees do not cover misuse, damage or neglect.

Coronavirus update

We are accepting visitors, but we may limit the number of people in the premises at any given time.  If you are at visiting to discuss Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and Pools please give us a call to arrange a suitable date and time.

We have been informed by Pool and Water Testing Advisory Group (PWTAG) that a correctly maintained hot tub or swimming pool will in-activate the COVID-19 virus.  It is therefore essential that your chlorine and pH levels are correctly maintained.
