Delivery Costs
Some products include delivery while others may have a separate delivery charge. Large or bulky products may incur additional charges such as where a crane is required. Please check the product and refer to our postcodes detailed below.
Hot tubs may include free delivery, where this is indicated on the product, it is usually is a radius of 15 miles or local vicinity. This is for a kerb side delivery and excludes installation. Where delivery is complex, a charge may be levied. This will be detailed on your quote and/or invoice.

Restricted Goods
Some products (such as chemicals) cannot be sent through some delivery services. These products will be delivered by Homewood Leisure. You will be notified if this is the case.
Large Items
Some Large Items will often be subject to a site survey as certain requirements may have to be satisfied before delivery, you will be notified should a survey be required.
Small Items
Small deliveries may be sent by Royal Mail, we have have the products sent directly from our warehouses rather than the shop.
Installation is either a build of, or location of the product in the desired location, where the desired location is suitable for the product.
Delivery Dates
Where possible Homewood Leisure will try to fulfil your order by the date agreed, however, there are times when delivery may be out of Homewood Leisure’s control. These include (but are not limited to) Virus or Bacterial Pandemics, Weather, War, Civil unrest, Strikes by delivery companies, damage in transit, etc.
Installation
Delivery as listed above does not include installation.
Hot tub installation locates the product in your chosen place, connects to power where a suitable point is provided, and commissions the product.
If the placement area or electrics are inadequate, Homewood Leisure will not be able to continue with the installation and/or commissioning until such time as the issue(s) are resolved.
Whether Homewood leisure can resolve the problem or a third parties is required will depend the problem and will be discussed with the client should such an occurrence occur.
