Slatted Pool Covers
Are you tired of constantly cleaning leaves and debris out of your pool? Look no further than slatted pool covers! These innovative covers not only keep your pool clean but also offer a range of additional benefits.
Slatted pool covers are designed with a series of interlocking slats that float on the surface of the water. When engaged, they provide a barrier that prevents leaves, insects, and other debris from entering the pool, keeping it cleaner and reducing maintenance time.
But that’s not all – slatted pool covers offer excellent insulation, helping to retain heat in the water and reduce evaporation. This can lead to significant energy savings by reducing the need for heating and chemical treatments.
Furthermore, slatted pool covers are often automated, making them incredibly convenient to use. With the push of a button, you can effortlessly cover or uncover your pool, providing added safety and security when the pool is not in use.
In addition to their practical benefits, slatted pool covers can also enhance the aesthetic appeal of your pool area. Available in a variety of colors and materials, they can be customized to complement your outdoor space.
Say goodbye to endless pool maintenance and hello to hassle-free enjoyment with a slatted pool cover. It’s a smart investment that will not only save you time and money but also enhance your overall pool experience.

In-Pool Cover System
After more than 15 years of field service, HeatForm’s in-roller motor has demonstrated exceptional reliability and efficiency. By utilising nitrogen instead of resin to waterproof its mechanical components, this motor remains a leader in innovation within the market.
Because the motor is integrated directly into the cover roller, there are no external moving parts, resulting in minimal space requirements beyond the pool perimeter. The roller itself is submerged in the pool and supported by brackets bolted to the pool structure on both sides. The motor’s cable passes through the pool shell and is encased in a plastic sleeve for added protection.
The fully automated cover system can be easily operated using a key switch or remote control. Available in 250Nm and 500Nm torque variations, the motor accommodates a wide range of pool sizes and depths and is backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
The Wave
The Wave was born out of a desire to create a pool cover which was not only robust and reliable but also looked good. We wanted to create something which finished the pool off nicely but didn’t distract from the overall aesthetic. A finishing touch, a final flourish, if you will. The options for integrated lights and music bring an element of playfulness and as with all our HeatForm products, the solar option offers cost savings and energy efficiency.

HF Cover Slats
HeatForm offers 2 different slat types, the standard profile 60x14mm with 3 closed air chambers and the premium profile 67,5×16,5mm with 4 closed air chambers. The standard profile is available in PVC and polycarbonate. The premium profile is exclusively available in PC solar and aluminum look.
A high quality pool cover slat is characterised by its lifespan. The wall thickness of the profile is directly linked to the sustainability of the slat. Furthermore the quality of the raw material is decisive as well as the shape of the profile. The design of the slat determines to a large extent the stiffness and resistance to shock of the pool cover profile.
- Standard profile 60x14mm : U = 4.55 W/m²K
- Standard profile 67.5×16.5mm : U = 3.80 W/m²K
