My pool has gone green!!!!

A pool that does not look clear and has a green colour or tinge is often down to a chemical imbalance. We would recommend as a first step toward diagnosis is to check your pH and chlorine levels.  Generally the pH should be between 7.2 and 7.6 and chlorine levels between 1 ppm and 3 ppm*

If the levels are correct it may be the total alkalinity is low.  The alkalinity levels ideally should be between 80 and 120 ppm.

If you require advice regarding chemicals, or would like us to service you pool/hut tub please give us a call.

*ppm = parts per million

Opening

We are preparing our shop for opening.  To help keep everyone safe we ask that:
1) Could all visitors please wear masks (Exceptions apply) and use the hand gel upon arrival.
2) Where ever possible inform us when you are likely to arrive, or book an appointment.
3) We will be limiting the number of visitors in the shop, so if you arrive unannounced you may have to wait until the existing people have been served.
Where possible:
1) Call to reserve and pay for your products
2) Let us know the time you would like to collect.
Please abide by Government Guidance and legislation with regards to social distancing, helping us all reduce the risk associated with the Coronavirus.
Many Thanks
